APPEL À UNE JOURNÉE INTERNATIONALE D’ACTION EN SOLIDARITÉ AVEC LES ANARCHISTES DE AACHEN MERCREDI 04 MAI 2005

Depuis le 23 mars 2005, nos compagnons Gabriel, Jose, Bart et Begona passent en procès à Aachen (Aix-la-Chapelle) en Allemagne. Evadés des prisons espagnoles pour deux d’entre eux, ils sont accusés de "braquages et tentatives" et "tentatives d’homicide" sur les policiers qui les ont poursuivis. Il est tout à fait clair depuis le jour de leur arrestation, le 28 juin 2004, que l’Etat et ses sbires entendent leur appliquer une vengeance féroce : Jose, Gabriel et Bart sont placés à l’isolement presque total, ils ont été décrits comme de dangereux criminels, tandis qu’une partie du soi-disant milieu radical faisait peser sur eux une lourde chape de silence. Agissements habituels de la part de ceux qui viennent défendre l’ordre existant, la normalité et la moralité.

Ceci perdure depuis l’ouverture du procès. Le spectacle de la justice dissimule une répression, elle, bien réelle.

Le deuxième jour du procès, Jose a crié en pointant le procureur du doigt : "No mas tortura. Libertad para tod@s". Il a déclaré plus tard qu’il avait déjà assez souffert et que ça suffisait comme ça. Nous avons tous pu constater qu’il était très mal, pâle et complètement absent. Le 31 Mars, Gabriel a déchiré ses vêtements et est entré juste en caleçon dans la salle d’audience afin de protester contre le traitement qui lui est infligé (ainsi qu’à Jose) : en plus des longs mois d’isolement en prison, il doit, les jours de procès, se présenter nu à une douzaine de flics, subir des fouilles à corps et des transferts les yeux bandés et les oreilles bouchées, menotté et entravé, sous la surveillance de flics masqués etc. Les avocats et les compagnon-nes présent-es au procès ont chaque fois protesté contre ces mesures de sécurité, en vain.

Aujourd’hui, pour la cinquième fois, Gabriel a dû assister au procès à demi-nu, car rien n’a changé. Nous refusons d’accepter cela plus longtemps.

Gabriel, Jose et Bart ont attaqué directement des piliers de cette société : la propriété et la prison, l’argent et la loi. Aujourd’hui, ils continuent leur lutte en prison et face au tribunal, en dénonçant le système carcéral (dont les FIES en Espagne) et la société qui le produit, en s’élevant contre tous ceux qui persistent à penser qu’il est pire d’attaquer une banque que d’en être le propriétaire.

Pour toutes ces raisons ils doivent être punis. Et pour toutes ces raisons nous sommes solidaires avec eux.

Call for International Action Day of Solidarity with the Prisoners of Aachen Wednesday 4th of May 2005

Since the 23rd of March 2005, our comrades Gabriel, Jose, Bart and Begoña are on trial in Aachen, Germany. Since the day of their arrest, on the 28th of June 2004, it is clear that they are and will be treated with a special vengeance - for months Jose, Gabriel and Bart have been imprisoned in almost complete isolation, for months they have been pictured as dangerous criminals, for months part of the so called radical left movement have kept silent. All this is standard procedure for the defenders of the existing order, normality, morality.

All this has not changed with the opening of the trial. But while this spectacle of justice is played, it hides a very real repression.

On the second day of the trial, Jose pointed to the prosecutor and screamed "No mas tortura. Libertad para tod@s". Later, he declared that he had suffered enough and could not take it anymore. All of us could clearly see that Jose felt very bad, he was pale and completely absent. On the 31st of March, Gabriel ripped of his clothes and entered the court half naked in protest against the treatment he (just as Jose) had to endure, on top of the months of isolation in prison : on trial days standing twice naked before a dozen cops to be strip searched, transported with blind and ear folds by masked special cops, shackled on hands and feet, etc. The lawyers and the comrades in the public have protested every day in court against the security measures imposed, in vain.

Today, it was the 5th day that Gabriel had to sit half naked in the court room ; nothing has changed. We can and we will not accept this anymore.

Gabriel, Jose and Bart have attacked directly the pillars of this society : property and prison, money and law. Their struggle continues before court and inside prison. By denouncing the prison system (particularly the FIES in Spain) and the society that produces it. By denouncing all those who still think that robbing a bank is worse than owning one.

Therefore they have to be punished.

And therefore we are in solidarity with them.

OPROEP VOOR DE INTERNATIONALE ACTIEDAG IN SOLIDARITEIT MET DE GEVANGENEN VAN AACHEN op woensdag 4 Mei 2005

Sinds 23 Maart 2005 staan onze kameraden Gabriel, José, Bart en Begoña terecht in Aken, Duitsland. Vanaf het moment van hun arrestatie op 28 juni 2004 was het duidelijk dat zij met een bijzondere hardnekkigheid behandeld zouden worden- gedurende maanden zijn José, Gabriel en Bart in bijna volledige isolatie opgesloten, gedurende maanden zijn zij afgeschilderd als gevaarlijke criminelen, gedurende maanden heeft een gedeelte van de zogenaamde radicale linkse beweging zich stil gehouden. Dit alles is standaardprocedure voor de verdedigers van de bestaande orde, van de normaliteit, van de moraliteit.

Dit alles is niet veranderd met de openingszitting van het proces. Terwijl dit spektakel van gerechtigheid wordt opgevoerd, verbergt het een reële repressie.

Op de tweede dag van het proces wees José naar de openbare aanklager en schreeuwde : “No mas tortura. Libertad para tod@s.” Later verklaarde hij dat hij genoeg geleden had en het niet meer kon uithouden. Wij allen konden duidelijk zien dat José zich zeer slecht voelde, hij was bleek en volledig afwezig. Op 31 maart trok Gabriel zijn kleren uit, verscheurde ze en kwam half naakt de zaal binnen als protest tegen de behandeling die hij net als José moest verdragen, bovenop de maanden van isolatie in de gevangenis : op procesdagen tweemaal volledig naakt omringd door een tiental flikken om een naaktfouille te ondergaan, transport met de ogen en oren volledig afgesloten door gemaskerde speciale eenheden, aan handen en voeten geboeid, etc. De advocaten en de kameraden in het publiek hebben elke dag geprotesteerd tegen de opgelegde veiligheidsmaatregelen, tevergeefs.

Vandaag was het de vijfde dag in rij dat Gabriel half naakt in de gerechtszaal moest zitten ; er is nog niets veranderd. Wij kunnen, willen en zullen dit niet langer aanvaarden.

Gabriel, José en Bart hebben de fundamenten van deze maatschappij rechtstreeks aangevallen : eigendom en gevangenis, kapitaal en wet. Hun strijd gaat verder voor het gerecht en in de gevangenis. Door het gevangenissysteem (in het bijzonder de FIES), en de samenleving die het voortbrengt, aan te klagen. Door al degenen aan de kaak te stellen die nog altijd denken dat een bank beroven erger is dan er een te bezitten. Hiervoor moeten zij gestraft worden.

En hiervoor zijn wij solidair met hen.

Aufruf zum internationalen Aktionstag in Solidarität mit den Gefangenen in Aachen zum 04. Mai 2005

Seit dem 23. Mai 05 stehen unsere Kameraden Jose, Bart, Gabriel und Begonia in Aachen/Deutschland vor Gericht. Seit dem Tag ihrer Verhaftung, dem 28. Juni 04, ist klar, dass sie mit spezieller Härte behandelt werden und das auch so weiter gehen wird : für Monate wurden Jose, Bart und Gabriel in fast totaler Isolation gefangengehalten, für Monate wurden sie als gefährliche Kriminelle dargestellt, für Monate haben Teile der sogenannten linksradikalen Bewegung in Schweigen verharrt. All dies ist Standart für die Verteidiger der bestehenden Ordnung, Normalität, Moralität.

All dies hat sich mit Eröffnung des Prozesses nicht geändert. Aber während das Spektakel des Gerichtes und der Gerechtigkeit vorgeführt wird, versteckt es eine sehr reele Repression.

Jose zeigte am zweiten Tag des Prozesses auf den Staatsanwalt und schrie : "No mas tortura. Libertad para tod@s !" Später erklärte er, dass er genug gelitten habe und es nicht mehr aushalten könne. JedeR von uns konnte klar sehen, dass er sich sehr schlecht fühlte, er war blass und komplett abwesend. Am 31. März zerreisst Gabriel seine Klamotten und betritt das Gericht nur in Unterhose. Aus Protest gegen die Bedingungen, die er (genau wie Jose) zu den Monaten Isolation im Gefängnis noch zusätzlich ertragen muss : an Prozesstagen 2 mal nackt zur Leibesvisitation vor einem Dutzend Bullen stehen, Transport mit verschlossenen Augen und Ohren von maskierter Spezialpolizei, Hand- und Fussketten etc. Die Anwälte und die Zuschauerinnen haben jeden Tag im Gericht gegen die Sicherheitsmassnahmen protestier, vergeblich.

Heute ist der fünfte Tag den Gabriel halb nackt im Gerichtssaal sitzt, nichts hat sich verändert. Wir können und werden das nicht mehr akzeptieren.

Jose, Bart and Gabriel haben direkt die Säulen dieser Gesellschaft attackiert : Besitz und Gefängnis, Geld und Gesetz. Ihr Kampf geht vor Gericht und im Knast weiter. Indem sie das Knastsystem (im besonderen FIES in Spanien) anprangern, indem sie all jene anprangern, die noch immer glauben, eine Bank auszurauben wäre schlimmer als eine zu besitzen.

Deshalb müssen sie bestraft werden.

Und deshalb stehen wir in Solidarität an ihrer Seite.

Llamada a un día internacional de acción en solidaridad con los presos de Aachen. Miércoles 4 de Mayo del 2005.

Desde el 23 de Marzo del 2005, nuestros compañeros Gabriel, José, Bart y Begoña son juzgados en Aachen (Aix-la-Chapelle) en Alemania. Todo está claro tras el día de su detención, el 28 de junio del 2005, que el estado y sus esbirros intentan llevar a cabo una venganza feroz : Jose, gabriel y Bart son puestos bajo aislamiento casi total, fueron descritos como unos peligrosos criminales, mientras que una parte del llamado medio radical dejaba caer en torno a ellos una pesada losa de silencio. Maniobras habituales por parte de los que vienen a defender el orden existente, la normalidad y la moralidad. Esto dura desde la apertura del juicio. El espectáculo de la justicia disimula una represión, ella, bien real. El segundo día del juicio, José gritó señalando al fiscal con el dedo : "No más tortura. Libertad para tod@s". Declaró más tarde que ya había sufrido bastante y que con eso ya era suficiente. Todos hemos podido constatar que estaba muy mal, pálido y completamente ausente. El 31 de marzo, Gabriel rasgó sus ropas y entró sólo en calzoncillos en la sala de audiencia con el fin de protestar contra el tratamiento que se le inflige (así como a José) : además de los largos meses de aislamiento en prisión, debe, los días de juicio, desnudarse ante una docena de polis, sufrir manipulaciones y cacheos del cuerpo y traslados con los ojos vendados y las orejas tapadas, esposado y obstaculizado, bajo la vigilancia de polis enmascarados etc. Los abogados y l@s compañer@s presentes en el juicio han protestado cada vezen vano, contra estas medidas de seguridad. Hoy, por quinta vez, Gabriel debió asistir al juicio mediodesnudo, ya que no ha cambiado nada. Nos negamos a aceptar eso mucho tiempo más. Gabriel, José y Bart atacaron directamente a los pilares de esta sociedad : la propiedad y la prisión, el dinero y la ley. Hoy, ellos siguen su lucha en prisión y ante el tribunal, denunciando el sistema carcelario (entre ellos el FIES en España) y la sociedad que lo sustenta, enfrentándose contra todos los que persisten en pensar que es peor atacar un banco que ser el proprietario. Por todas estas razones deben ser castigados. Y por todas estas razones somos solidarios con ellos. FIN DE TODAS LAS TORTURAS CONTRA TODAS LAS PRISIONES LIBERTAD PARA TODOS Y TODAS

Appello per una giornata di azione internazionale in solidarietà con i prigionieri di Aachen Mercoledì 4 maggio 2005

Il 23 marzo 2005 è iniziato il processo contro i nostri compagni Gabriel, Jose, Bart e Begona ad Aachen (Aix-la-Chapelle) in Germania. Sin dal giorno del loro arresto, il 28 giugno 2004, è stato chiaro che lo Stato e i suoi sbirri intendevano sottoporli ad una feroce vendetta : per mesi José, Gabriel e Bart sono stati posti in isolamento quasi totale, per mesi sono stati dipinti come pericolosi criminali, per mesi una parte del così detto movimento della sinistra radicale ha lasciato cadere su di loro una pesante cappa di silenzio. Tutti comportamenti abituali questi per coloro che si fanno paladini dell’ordine esistente, della normalità e della moralità.

La situazione non è migliorata con l’apertura del processo. Lo spettacolo della giustizia dissimula una repressione decisamente reale. Durante il secondo giorno del processo, José si è rivolto al procuratore e ha gridato "Basta tortura. Libertà per tutti". Più tardi ha dichiarato di avere già sofferto abbastanza e che non avrebbe potuto sopportare oltre. Abbiamo tutti potuto constatare che stava male, era pallido e completamente assente. Il 31 marzo, Gabriel ha strappato i suoi abiti ed è entrato in aula semi nudo con i soli pantaloni per protestare contro il trattamento fatto subire a lui e José : oltre ai lunghi mesi di isolamento carcerario, nei giorni del processo devono denudarsi e sottoporsi a ben 2 perquisizioni corporali operate da un dozzina di sbirri, sono trasportati con occhi bendati e orecchie tappate da poliziotti speciali a volto coperto, sono ammanettati alle mani e ai piedi, ecc. Durante tutte le udienze gli avvocati e i compagni hanno protestato contro tali misure di sicurezza, ma vanamente. Oggi, è il quinto giorno in cui Gabriel siede davanti alla corte semi nudo ; nulla è cambiato. Non possiamo e non vogliamo più accettare questa situazione. Gabriel, José e Bart hanno attaccato direttamente i pilastri della società : proprietà e carcere, denaro e legge. La loro lotta continua in tribunale e nel carcere. Denunciando il sistema carcerario (in modo particolare il regime FIES in Spagna) e la società che lo produce. Denunciando tutti quelli che credono ancora che derubare una banca sia peggio che possederla.

Per tutte queste ragioni essi saranno puniti. Per tutte queste ragioni noi solidarizzeremo con loro.
