The British eco-anarchist prisoner, Garfield Gabbard, who was recently
sentenced to 21 months imprisonment for "Affray" (after he jumped onto the
bonnet of a car and then kicked a secuity guard who pulled him off the car,
whilst on an anti-vivisection demonstration), has been moved to a new prison
Garfield Marcus Gabbard, TB4271, HM Prison Moorland (Closed), Bawtry Road, Hatfield Woodhouse, Doncaster, DN7 6BW (England)
There is no news yet about his trial for allegedly threatening to kill a
member of the neo-nazi British National Party, but in a recent letter to ELP
Garfield said he hoped these charges would be dropped.
Garfield welcomes all letters of support, but is concerned that some of his
mail is not reaching him. If you’ve written to Garfield and not received a
reply, please do write again.
